Virtual care is available for patients in Maine. I grew up in rural Maine and completed my Family Medicine residency at Maine Medical Center, experiences that continue to shape my approach to access and patient care.

No. Seek the appropriate local acute-care or emergency service. Do not wait for a scheduled SustainMD appointment or message response.
